The Return Policy of Zaad Oman

1. Enjoy shopping with the return feature. You have 14 days from the date you received the product to apply for a return. The product must be unopened and in its original manufacturer's packaging.
   
   
2. You must contact the merchant from whom you bought the product, inform him of your desire to return the product and agree on the return method.
   
   
3. You must pay attention to the condition of the product. Products cannot be returned in the following cases:
   The product has been used or not in its original condition

• The product was returned without its original packaging
• The product is ruined after use or opening
• The tags of product or manufacturer is missing
• The product has been perfumed or stained
• Please note that returns with one or more of the above conditions will be sent back to you, so please be careful and check the above.

What products cannot be returned?

• Underwear
• Socks
• Makeup
• Perfume
• Deodorants
• Accessories

5. If the product is defective, does not work correctly, or even does not match the site description, you have the right to return it within 15 days from the date of its receipt. The product’s price will be refunded to you in addition to the shipping cost that you paid at buying.
   
   
6. Refund of Money:

The seller must return the total amount for products that do not violate the return terms and do not have any damage.

 

Within 7 working days, the seller will review and evaluate the item's condition, and the seller will bear the return shipping cost.
